Privacy notice

This website is the chapter roster of BNI Viceroy, a chapter of BNI Vasai Virar. It is a static site: there are no accounts, no database and no server that receives what you type.

Nothing is stored on this website

Forms on this site do not send data to us. They prepare a message in an app you already use, and you decide whether to send it:

• Visitor registration opens your email app with your details filled in, addressed to visit@bniviceroy.in. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
• Offer claims open WhatsApp with your name, mobile number, the offer and its code typed into a message to the member who made the offer. Nothing is sent until you tap Send, and the member, not BNI Viceroy, receives it.
• Introduce a member and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with suggested text you can edit before sending.

Your browser

We keep one note in your browser's session storage so the featured-member popup appears at most once per visit. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Analytics

When enabled by the chapter, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load after the page has finished loading to measure which pages are useful. They set their own cookies and receive standard technical data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. They never receive what you type into a form.

Member information

Member names, businesses, phone numbers and addresses come from BNI Connect and from each member's own profile form, and are published with the member's agreement. A member can ask the chapter's Leadership Team to correct or remove their details at any time.
